Since 2011, two sisters from Amsterdam design beautiful colorful shawls for their label POM Amsterdam. The shawls all have a special asymmetrical shape, which makes it possible to tie them in a unique way. The prints of the fabrics are fashionable and colorful, and are all different, some of which containing a specific detail from Amsterdam such as the canal houses.

The quality is amazing! They use very qualitatively good fabrics, such as cotton and silk. The POM premium collection consists of jacquard woven fabrics. You can recognize them by the golden label and star.

Today the brand sells much more than just shawls. They have a home collection with pillowcases and knitted throws. And now there is a perfume too. I haven’t smelled it yet, but the bottle is beautiful.

Also jackets belong to the collection, which are absolutely amazing. Just like the premium shawls, some are jacquard woven. Some of the jackets have a very ‘POM print’ on the inside, and the shawls combine great with the jackets!
